Biography

Judy Walsh is Head of the Equality Studies Centre at the UCD School of Social Justice. Her publications adopt an interdisciplinary approach to the field of equality and human rights law. Judy's most recent book Equal Status Acts 2000-2011: Discrimination in the Provision of Goods and Services was launched in October 2012. She is currently leading a major study of discrimination law in Ireland, which will report in 2013.
