Clare Daly is a solicitor with 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, with a specialism in Child Protection, Data Protection, Online Safety, Digital Rights, Litigation and Family and Child Law. She is a qualified data protection practitioner with considerable experience advising organisations and statutory bodies on their child protection obligations pursuant to legislation and policy, both online and offline.
She frequently presents to voluntary associations, sporting and religious bodies, charities, universities, schools and numerous organisations working with children on areas of child protection law and data protection. She is Director and Board Member of CyberSafeKids Ireland, a Lecturer in University College, Cork and she has published articles in the Irish Law Society Gazette and the Irish Legal News.
