David Bainbridge, lately Emeritus Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Aston University, Barrister, Chartered IT Professional and Member of the British Computer Society. David's publications include numerous books and journal articles in the fields of intellectual property law and information technology law. He was particularly renowned for work on the interaction between law and new and emerging technologies. His renowned book, Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, will continue to be updated with a new author team, and is a legacy to his work and reputation in this field.
