Bill Marsh is an international mediator, and adviser and trainer in mediation and conflict issues. Formerly a commercial solicitor, he is now one of Europe’s most experienced independent commercial mediators, practising out of the leading mediation chambers Independent Mediators. He has served as adviser on mediation/conflict resolution to the governments of the UK, Russia, Turkey, Romania, Slovakia and Bulgaria, as well as the World Bank, United Nations and European Commission, all through the consulting firm Conflict Management International which he founded. He also trains mediators, facilitates complex public dialogue particularly on religious and ethnic conflicts, and is a peace envoy for the Archbishop of Canterbury.
He writes widely on mediation and is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators.
