Before downloading an eBook you should check that you have iBooks installed. After clicking the download eBook link your device should ask you if you want to open the file in iBooks – click yes and the eBook should automatically open in iBooks.
Note that only EPUB and PDF eBooks will open in iBooks – MOBI eBooks are not compatible.
